Terms of Service

Effective October 29, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and On Deck Delivery LLC ("OnDeckD", "we", "us") for use of ondeckd.com and the OnDeckD route planning service (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to them.

1. Onfleet

The Service works with your own Onfleet account. Your use of Onfleet is governed by your agreement with Onfleet, and we're not responsible for Onfleet's availability or features. Onfleet is a trademark of Onfleet, Inc. OnDeckD is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Onfleet.

2. Accounts

You're responsible for your OnDeckD account, the people you invite to it, and keeping your Onfleet API key and sign-in details secure.

3. Route texts

If you add drivers or dispatchers to route alerts, you agree that:

  • You'll only add numbers of people who work with your team, and route alerts will only start after the person replies YES to the invitation.
  • Texts sent through the Service are operational route messages only. You won't use the Service to send marketing, or to text your customers.
  • You won't use the Service to send content that mobile carriers prohibit or restrict, including content about cannabis, CBD, illegal drugs, tobacco or vaping, firearms, alcohol, gambling, adult content or debt collection.
  • Opt-outs (STOP) are honored automatically, and you won't re-add a number that opted out without the person's new consent.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, send spam, interfere with the Service or access data that isn't yours.

5. Your data

You keep ownership of your data. You allow us to use it to provide and support the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Fees

Paid plans are billed as stated in your quote. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated in your agreement.

7. Ending use

You can stop using the Service and revoke our Onfleet access at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are violated, including the route text rules above.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is." Route times and distances are estimates. We don't guarantee that every route is optimal or that every message is delivered.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, OnDeckD isn't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Changes

We may update these terms and will post changes here with a new effective date.
