SMS Terms

OnDeckD is a route planning product operated by On Deck Delivery LLC. These terms cover the texts it sends.
What we send
Route alerts to drivers and dispatchers: when a route is ready, changes or is cancelled. If you check the text box on our contact form, we also text you about your access request. No marketing, and we never text delivery customers.
How you opt in
When a dispatcher adds your number, you get one invitation text. Route alerts start only after you reply YES. Consent is not a condition of employment or purchase.
Frequency and cost
Usually 1 to 5 texts per shift. Message and data rates may apply.
Stop and help
Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. You can also email support@ondeckd.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
We use your number only for these texts. Mobile numbers and opt-in data are never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing. See our Privacy Policy.
