Privacy Policy

This policy explains how On Deck Delivery LLC ("OnDeckD", "we", "us") handles information when you visit ondeckd.com or use OnDeckD.

1. Information we collect

• Contact form: your name, work email, company, team size, phone number (optional) and message.
• Onfleet data: when a business connects its Onfleet account, we read its teams, drivers (names, phone numbers, schedules and start locations) and tasks (addresses, time windows and the recipient details stored on each task). We process this on behalf of that business, only to plan and assign routes.
• Route alert numbers: drivers' and dispatchers' mobile numbers, with a record of when they opted in or out.
• Technical data: basic logs such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, used to run and secure the service.

2. How we use it

• To plan routes and assign tasks in the business's Onfleet account.
• To send the texts described in our SMS Terms.
• To answer access requests and support questions.
• To protect the service against spam, fraud and abuse.

We never contact delivery recipients, and recipient details from Onfleet tasks are used only for routing.

3. Text messaging and mobile numbers

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties. We may pass a number to the service provider that delivers our messages, only so it can send them for us.

4. When we share information

• Onfleet, when we write route assignments back to the business's own Onfleet account.
• Service providers that host the service, send text messages or send email, under contracts that limit their use of the data to those services.
• Legal reasons, when required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users and the public.

We don't sell personal information and don't share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

5. Cookies

This website doesn't use advertising or analytics cookies. The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block spam, which processes technical information about your browser for that purpose.

6. Retention

Route plans are kept for 90 days. Onfleet data is deleted within 30 days after a business disconnects its account. Contact form submissions are kept for up to 24 months. Opt-out records are kept so we can honor them.

7. Security

Data is encrypted in transit, Onfleet API keys are stored encrypted, and staff access is limited to what's needed to run the service.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, including California, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to correct or delete it, and not to be discriminated against for using these rights. Email support@ondeckd.com to make a request. If your information came to us from a business's Onfleet account, we may refer your request to that business.

9. Children

OnDeckD is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

10. Changes

We'll post changes here and update the effective date above.
